I have over five years of experience in the BPO industry, including three years as a Team Leader. In that role, I developed strong skills in team support, problem-solving, and communication. I focused on coaching teams, resolving complex situations, and helping others succeed. Those experiences now shape how I support our clients with care, organization, and attention to detail.
I strive to stay on top of every client’s needs to ensure they feel supported throughout the process and receive the highest level of professional service.
Outside of work, I recharge by going to the beach, staying active at the gym, watching series, and taking road trips that allow me to explore new perspectives.
